What we collect

• Account details: your name, email, username, school and training role, and a securely hashed password.
• Practice activity: the fictional records, claims and lesson progress you create while training, plus sign-in times.
• Contact requests: what you send through our website form, and the IP address it came from (used to stop spam).

What we do not collect

Fernwell is a training system. It must never contain real patient information, and we do not knowingly collect it. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

To run your account, show your instructor your training progress (if you joined through a school), reply to your requests, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal information.

Who can see it

Fernwell administrators, and instructors at your own school for school accounts. Our hosting provider stores the data on our behalf.

Cookies

We use one essential session cookie to keep you signed in. Fonts load from Google Fonts, and embedded training videos (for example YouTube) are subject to their providers' policies.

How long we keep it

Account and practice data are kept while your access is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted on request or when no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your account by emailing hello@fernwellehr.com.
